<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrophotofluorometer for discriminating whether the peak in an acquired spectrum is the peak indicating fluorescent light or the peak indicating Rayleigh scattered light. <P>SOLUTION: A spectrophotofluorometer 1 comprises: a light source section 10; a sample chamber 20 in which a sample is disposed; a detecting section 30 including a fluorescence spectroscope 31 having a diffraction grating 31a which performs wavelength decomposition of the light emitted from the sample and emitting light of a target wavelength to a photodetector 32 and the photodetector 32 which detects the light intensity of the target wavelength; a control section 50 acquiring the spectrum by making the photodetector 32 detect the light intensity of a target wavelength region; and a display device 53. The control section 50 performs display showing, based on a set excitation wavelength, whether each peak in the acquired spectrum is the peak indicating Rayleigh scattered light or possibly the peak indicating fluorescent light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
