Provided are an electrode foil functioning as a supporting substrate and a reflector and having high thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, and an organic device using the same. This electrode foil comprises a metallic foil, a diffusion barrier layer directly provided on the metallic foil and preventing diffusion of metal derived from the metallic foil, and a reflective layer directly provided on the diffusion barrier layer.
