Provided is a power conditioner (10) used a wind-power generation system. When the system voltage (Vr) of a power system (13) is detected and a system voltage regulation (?Vr) is in a dead zone (Rdz), the output power and output voltage of an inverter (2) are controlled on the basis of an effective power command value (Pr0) and an AC voltage command value (Vrr). When the system voltage regulation (?Vr) is outside the dead zone (Rdz), the output current (Iiv) of the inverter (2) is controlled in order to stabilize the system voltage (Vr) by using a voltage drop due to system impedance (Zm).
