Provided are a method and a device for the animated display of information. The method includes: A, establishing various interfaces corresponding to various visible areas; B, confirming at least one visible interface from among the established interfaces, displaying the visible interface, and hiding the other interfaces; C, upon receiving a trigger to display a visible area, using an animated format to display the interface corresponding to the visible area, and hiding all interfaces except the interface corresponding to the visible area. Use of the invention alleviates the occurrence of flickering at the end of the animation, which is caused by forced re-arrangement of controls and affects the animated display effects.
