PURPOSE: An underwater pump with an angle adjustable wing equipped impeller is provided to precisely adjust the angles of wings by moving an elevating member based on a screw fastening-based driving member. CONSTITUTION: An underwater pump with an angle adjustable wing equipped impeller includes an impeller(100), a driving motor, and a casing(30). The impeller sucks and discharges fluid. The driving motor drives the impeller. The casing surrounds the driving motor. The impeller includes a head cover(110), a driving member(120), a rotating unit(130), an elevating member(140), and a wing(150). The head cover includes a combining part(111) which is combined with the driving shaft(21) of the driving motor. The driving member includes a gear part(121) and a screw part(123).
