<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a double aerosol container, capable of maintaining the quality of an inner pouch by preventing, when the inner pouch is inserted, deformation of the inner pouch and generation of wrinkles and cracks, the double aerosol container having superior productivity and being producible at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing the double aerosol container comprising: a metal container 20 having a body portion and an opening and/or shoulder portion with the diameter reduced than that of the body portion; and an inner pouch 30 inserted into the metal container 20 and having a body portion and an opening, a propellant being interposed between the metal container 20 and the inner pouch 30. This method includes: subjecting an upper part of a bottomed cylinder can supported on a can holder to a drawing process with a plurality of drawing dies, thereby forming the metal container 20; and then inserting the inner pouch into the metal container 20 by using a dedicated inner pouch inserting device provided with an insertion rod that moves reciprocally with a predetermined speed and a predetermined pressing force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
