摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag with a temperature sensor suppressing self-heating by consuming a part of an energy based on an excessive incoming power as an energy of notification means for notifying that the incoming power is excessive and capable of preventing an accident such as burn due to self-heating caused by the excessive incoming power. <P>SOLUTION: The battery-less RFID tag with a temperature sensor includes a communication circuit 10 for transmitting/receiving information with a reader/writer, a temperature sensor circuit 12 for detecting a body temperature, and a control circuit 13 for controlling at least the communication circuit 10 and the temperature sensor circuit 12, which are integrated into a single semiconductor chip. The battery-less RFID tag further includes a power supply circuit 4 generating the incoming power based on a carrier wave from the reader/writer, is actuated based on the incoming power supplied from the power supply circuit 4, transmits body temperature information from the communication circuit 10 to the reader/writer, and is used by being attached to a human body.
