<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic blood pressure measuring instrument for obtaining frequency characteristics with less variation regardless of pressure in a cuff and equipped with a low-cost noise canceling filter high in mass productivity. <P>SOLUTION: In the automatic blood pressure measuring instrument, a noise canceling filter 22 includes a through-hole 60 which has a slit-like cross section with a thickness dimension T of 0.07 mm or below and formed so as to longitudinally penetrate the body thereof.
