<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively control an operator intervention control process in an automatic conversation control system and an automatic conversion control method by transmission/reception of conversation sentences. <P>SOLUTION: In access from a user's terminal 1 to a Web site 3 via Internet 2, this automatic conversation control system automatically accesses to a conversation processing site 4 by an access tag, pops up a conversation window 16 on a browser screen 15, and continues the automatic conversation by transmission/reception of conversation sentences with the conversation processing site 4 via the conversation window 16. A conversation server 10 of the conversation processing site 4 refers to a conference control master 11 and a conversation collection 12 to continue the automatic conversation by the conversation sentences, refers to an intervention master 13 to determine the necessity/non-necessity of the operator intervention and, when determining the necessity of the operator intervention, notifies the intervention to an operator operation terminal; and an operator inputs and transmits a response conversation sentence to the received conversation sentence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
