<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic solution for an electric double layer capacitor which makes it possible to obtain an electric double layer capacitor of stable quality, and a method for manufacturing an electric double layer capacitor using the electrolytic solution. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolytic solution for an electric double layer capacitor is composed of supporting electrolyte, sulfolane, and chain sulfone. Further, it is preferable that the electrolytic solution contains an organic fluorine compound, and that the supporting electrolyte contains 5-azoniaspiro [4.4]nonane tetrafluoroborate, the content of which is preferably 1.5 to 3.6 mol/dm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
