<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability of a radio communication device by using a liquid crystal display with a transparent touch panel for its control panel so that operations specific to the radio communication device can be done directly and intuitively. <P>SOLUTION: On a basic screen displaying frequencies set to available bands and reception signal strength information (a bar graph display and the like) corresponding to each frequency, when a static pressure is applied to a frequency-display area, the frequency then displayed there is set as the operating frequency, while when a sliding pressure in a left/right direction is applied, a frequency scan on a prescribed band below/above the frequency is performed. Also, when a static pressure is applied to a display area of reception signal strength, a band-scope display of above and below the prescribed band, with the corresponding reception frequency being at the center of the band-scope, is performed, and when a sliding pressure in a left/right direction is applied, a band-scope display of the prescribed band below/above the reception frequency is performed respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
