<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-make heat insulation panel formed of a heat insulator with a prescribed thickness, of which front and back surfaces are bonded to a front surface material and back surface material such as metal plates respectively, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof and construction structure of a concrete wall body. <P>SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel 1 of the present invention comprises a heat insulator 4, and a front surface material 2 and a back surface material 3 arranged on the front and back surfaces of the heat insulator 4, respectively. At least an opposing pair of edges of the front and back surface materials 2 and 3 is provided with formed parts 21 and 31 on one side and formed parts 22 and 32 on the other side, both of which extend outward from edges of the heat insulator 4.
