<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface hydrophilization method for a polyurea membrane which can exhibit extremely satisfactory hydrophilicity with reduced variation for a long time by ultraviolet irradiation treatment in an extremely short time. <P>SOLUTION: In the surface hydrophilization method for a polyurea membrane formed on an object to be treated, a polyurea membrane is formed on an object to be treated in a vacuum treatment chamber 1, thereafter, the object to be treated is moved to a hydrophilization chamber 7 without being in contact with moisture in the air, and the object to be treated formed with the polyurea membrane is irradiated with ultraviolet rays in an oxygen gas atmosphere in the hydrophilization chamber 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
