<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve timing control device capable of sufficiently enduring an alternating torque and capable of stabilizing valve timing control by ensuring the strength of a holder even in the case where the roller axial length is made larger. <P>SOLUTION: The valve timing control device comprises a housing 5 for storing constituent elements of an electric motor 12 in the inside provided with a female screw formed part 6 provided projecting in the axial direction in the end face of the bottom 5b of a housing body 5a, an eccentric shaft part 30 for having a torque transmitted from a motor shaft 13 of the electric motor, and a holder 41 for supporting a roller 34 rollably on a plurality of a roller holding hole 41b formed and disposed by an equal interval along the circumference of a cylindrical part 41a. Since the projected top end 41c of the cylinder is inserted so as to be prolonged in an annular space 44 between the projecting part 5d of the bottom inner circumference and the female screw formed part, a strength of the cylinder is ensured even in the case where the roller supporting holes are prolonged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
