<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray coating simulation system capable of simulating spray coating corresponding to various coating-material nozzles different from each other in injection pressure and spread of coating-material. <P>SOLUTION: A spray coating simulation system comprises: a three-dimensional display device 10 for displaying a three-dimensional image; a three-dimensional visual recognition device 11 which is worn by a user for visually recognizing, in a three-dimensional fashion, an object to be coated represented as a three-dimensional image; a display control device 12 that controls the three-dimensional display device 10 so as to make the three-dimensional display device display a three-dimensional image representing the object to be coated as viewed from the position and the posture of the three-dimensional visual recognition device 11; and a pseudo-coating device 13 for simulatively coating the object to be coated. The display control device 12 stores, in advance, a coating pattern corresponding to coating-material nozzles, and, while simulative coating is being conducted by the pseudo-coating device 13, the display control device creates a three-dimensional image so as to represent the coated object on the basis of the time over which the simulative coating is conducted, the coating pattern corresponding to the coating-material nozzles, and the position and posture of the pseudo-coating device 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
