<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat spreader which evenly applies pressurizing force to a resin sheet even when the resin sheet is pressurized with a heater element placed thereon. <P>SOLUTION: In a heat spreader 100, one surface of a conductive metal plate 10 serves as a placement surface A on which a heater element is placed and the other surface serves as a bonding surface B which is bonded and fixed to a radiator through a resin sheet. In the heat spreader 100, a pressurized region 30, which is pressurized when the bonding surface B is pressed against the resin sheet, is set on an outer peripheral part of the placement surface A, and the heater element is placed in a non pressurized region 40 located on the inner side of the pressurized region 30. A protruded part is formed on the bonding surface B so that a non-pressurized centroid position which corresponds to a centroid position S of the non pressurized region 40 on the back side protrudes most. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
