<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow channel member which has small flow channel resistance and high capturing capability, and to provide a liquid jet head and a liquid jet device. <P>SOLUTION: The flow channel member includes a flow channel member body which has a flow channel in which fluid passes, and the filter 10 which is fixed to the flow channel member body and captures a foreign material existing in the fluid. The filter 10 includes an inflow surface 10a and an outflow surface 10b of the fluid, and includes a substrate 11 having a plurality of curved parts 13 formed so as to protrude to at least one of the inflow surface 10a and the outflow surface 10b, and an opening 14 formed at the curved part 13 so as to face a direction different from a protruding direction of the curved part 13 and making the inflow surface 10a and the outflow surface 10b of the substrate 11 communicate with each other.
