摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a case that timing of detecting a frequency signal is different from timing of calculating air flow rate when an air flow sensor which makes the frequency signal as output is adopted, measurement delay is generated to become a factor of deterioration of exhaust emission and reduction of torque under a condition that intake air flow transiently changes in an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by correcting an air flow rate measurement value using a plurality of period measurement results before the timing of calculating the air flow rate, the timing of detecting the frequency signal, and the timing of calculating the air flow rate. Furthermore, in order to reduce an influence of a correction error by the above countermeasures, use of the past air flow rate passing through the air flow sensor is noticed for correcting phase difference between the air flow rate passing through the air flow sensor and the air flow rate flowing in a cylinder in a fuel injection amount calculation, an air flow rate calculation value in the previous air flow rate calculation timing is corrected from measurement values of the frequency signal before and after the previous air flow rate calculation timing to be calculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
