Provided is a surface protective film having excellent heat resistance, rewindability, transparency, adhesion to an adherend having a very uneven surface, and adhesion stability over time. The surface protective film comprises at least two layers, namely a surface layer (A) and an adhesion layer (X). The surface layer (A) is formed from a polyolefin resin and the adhesion layer (X) is formed from a composition comprising 20 to 99.8 wt% of a styrene elastomer having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of between 10,000 and 300,000, and 0.2 to 80 wt% of a styrene oligomer having a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) between 200 and 9,000. |
