The invention relates to a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition for the slow release of an active ingredient, said composition comprising at least one coated granule consisting of a particle which contains the active ingredient and is coated by at least two envelopes comprising a combination of excipients. The invention also relates to a method for preparing said composition.
