<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for tracking histories of flat sheet products which tracks histories of flat sheet products in order to identify a stack of flat sheet products to belong to a known stack of known cut flat sheet products. <P>SOLUTION: The device for tracking histories of flat sheet products includes: a cut-flat-sheet-stack-information reading unit 2 which reads cut-flat-sheet-stack-information held in a cut-flat-sheet-stack-information holding unit 1; a cut-flat-sheet-stack detecting unit 3 which detects whether the cut-flat-sheet-stack pallet exists at a predetermined position of a flat-sheet-product packaging machine; a counter 6 of a packaging number of cut flat sheets which acquires the packaging number of the cut flat sheets from the flat-sheet-product packaging machine; a flat-sheet-stack-information writing unit 8 which writes the flat-sheet-stack information in a flat-sheet-information holding unit 7; a flat-sheet-stack detecting unit 9 which detects whether the flat-sheet-stack pallet exists at a predetermined position of the flat-sheet-product packaging machine; a memory unit 4 which stores the cut-flat-sheet information and the packaging number of the cut flat sheets from the flat-sheet-product packaging machine as the flat-sheet information; and a flat-sheet-product-history-tracking control unit 5 which outputs the cut-flat-sheet-stack-information reading command to the cut-flat-sheet-stack-information reading unit, acquires the cut-flat-sheet-stack information from the cut-flat-sheet-stack-information reading unit, writes it in the memory unit, acquires the packaging number of the cut-flat-sheets, writes it in the memory unit, reads the flat-sheet-stack information from the memory unit and outputs it to the flat-sheet-stack-information writing unit, in case that the cut-flat-sheet-stack detecting unit and the flat-sheet-stack detecting unit satisfy predetermined conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
