HARDPACK NEEDLE PACKAGE LASER HEAT SEAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardpack device.

SOLUTION: The hardpack devices including a cartridge and a cap are useful for protecting sterile medical instruments. The cartridge includes a body having an open end and a closed end, and defines an internal cavity. The cap is adapted for placement over the open end of the body for enclosing the internal cavity of the cartridge. A laser heat seal mark is scored at the interface between the cartridge and the cap to seal the device.
