<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mesh electrode substrate, by which a mesh electrode substrate having a low electric resistance value can be manufactured with simple processes. <P>SOLUTION: A mesh electrode substrate includes: a resin substrate; and a conductive layer formed as a mesh on the resin substrate. A method for manufacturing the mesh electrode substrate comprises: a conductive layer forming step of using a resin substrate and sticking a conductive layer on the resin substrate through a resin layer containing a resin material; and a conductive layer patterning step of forming a plurality of openings in the conductive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
