<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroless plating method of a porous material, which can inexpensively and easily be performed, and can form a membrane reduced in fault even in the porous material. <P>SOLUTION: In the electroless plating method of the porous material having one or a plurality of impregnation processes for sequentially impregnating one or a plurality of liquid solvents into the porous material, the porous material is arranged in at least one impregnation process in a state that the porous material is entirely impregnated in a liquid flow of the liquid solvent, the liquid solvent is impregnated in the porous material, and the liquid solvent is brought into contact with the porous material for a predetermined period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
