<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a method and a system for forming an image which allow a user's desire to be reflected in a printing result in forcible printing. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided an apparatus, a method and a system for forming an image that select from plural sheet feed trays a sheet feed tray holding a sheet specified by image-forming data; form an image contained in the image-forming data on the specified sheet; and forcibly print on another sheet when a sheet error occurs to the specified sheet.
