<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push rivet which permits the formation of a clearance capable of discharging a foreign material such as mud, sand between a flange of a grommet and a head of a pin in such a normal stopping state that the grommet is inserted to the pin. <P>SOLUTION: The grommet 40 comprises at least the flange 60, a coupling leg 80, a split leg 90 and a swelling part 91. The pin 50 comprises at least a head 100, a shaft 110 and a recessed groove 111 which is formed at a lateral side of the shaft 110, engaged with the swelling part 91, and thereby, enlarges sizes of the coupling leg 80 and the split leg 90. Between the grommet 40 and the pin 50, a contacting means (for example, projected part 65) for forming the clearance is disposed between opposite surfaces of the flange 60 of the grommet 40 and the head 100 of the pin 50 in the normal stopping state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
