<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine reamer tool which enables a material to be saved for inexpensively manufacturing a reamer head, a replacement head for this machine reamer tool, and a shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The machine reamer tool includes a reamer head or a replacement head (1) and a shaft (2), and the replacement head (1) can be replaced integratedly, and is thinner than its maximum thickness hmax, including a means for adaptation to replacement, at each point, in the axial direction, and this maximum thickness hmax(mm) is computed such that hmax=6 mm+(1/10) (D1-12 mm), from the diameter D1(mm) of the replacement head.
