<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient and long-life water circulating pump with reduced whirling of a rotor part of the pump. <P>SOLUTION: In S21 to be an insert process of a shaft 27, an end part of the shaft 27 can be inserted into a position corresponding to a lower casing shaft hole 15a in a die for molding of the lower casing 15. In S21, the end part of the shaft 27 is inserted into the position corresponding to the lower casing shaft hole 15a in the die for molding of the lower casing 15. In S22 to be an injection process of thermoplastic resin, thermoplastic resin is injected into the die for molding of the lower casing 15 inserted with the end part of the shaft 27 therein, an outer peripheral surface at the end part of the shaft 27 and an inner peripheral surface 15d fitted with the shaft 27 of the lower casing shaft hole 15a thereto are integrated without clearance, to mold the lower casing 15. Thus, the shaft 27 is formed integrally with the lower casing 15, while being inserted into the die for molding of the lower casing 15 to eliminate play between the shaft 27 and the lower casing shaft hole 15a and to prevent uneven wear and damage of a bearing 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
