MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR POLYAMIDE RESIN COMPOSITION PELLET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a meta-xylylene sebacamide-based polyamide resin composition pellet being excellent in molding stability in molding, especially measurement stability in injection molding or extrusion molding.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the polyamide resin composition pellet is characterized in that a polyamide resin composition pellet is obtained by melting and kneading a polyamide resin composition containing 0.1-50 pts.mass of an organic nucleating agent (B) relative to 100 pts.mass of a polyamide resin (A) obtained by the polycondensation reaction of a xylylene diamine and a sebacic acid where the crystallinity of the polyamide resin composition pellet is made 5% or higher than the crystallinity before crystallization treatment by applying the crystallization treatment to the pellet, and the melting point of the organic nucleating agent (B) is made 50°C or higher than that of the polyamide resin (A).
