<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size and light-weight zoom lens system having a superior optical performance in a full zooming state by substantially correcting various aberrations from a wide-angle end to a tele end; and to provide a lens barrel including the zoom lens system, an interchangeable lens device, and a camera system. <P>SOLUTION: A first lens group G1 disposed closest to an object side comprises a plurality of lens elements, and has a positive optical power; a distance from an image surface is constant in both cases of zooming and focusing. At least one of the lens elements has an aspheric surface; at least one set in combinations of the adjoining lens elements is disposed at an interval apart in the optical axis direction; and the zoom lens system satisfies the following condition (1): (1) th1/fw<1.2, where th1 represents the thickness of a surface closest to the object side and a surface closest to the image side of the first leng group on the optical axis, and fw represents the entire-system focal length at the wide-angle end of the zoom lens system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
