<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put on shoes more easily without stooping much when putting them on. <P>SOLUTION: By enclosing a spring inside a heel part of a shoe, even if the shoe is put on while its heel part being trodden, the heel is restored by itself through a recovery action of the spring.
