<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate coil constituted by a plurality of coil units. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of coil units 11 includes: two coil portions 111, 112 formed in arrangement with each one end 21, 22 connected mutually; and a groove portion 113 formed between the two coil portions 111, 112. A connection plate portion 12 connects between mutually neighboring coil units 11, and includes a folding portion 121. The other end 23 of the coil portion 111 of one coil unit 11 out of the two neighboring coil units 11 is integrally connected to the other end 24 of the coil portion 112 of the other coil unit 11 by means of the connection plate portion 12. The plurality of coil units 11 are laminated in the vertical direction by being folded by the folding portion 121, so as to form a spiral loop in the vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
