A second cross electrode (15) has a plurality of second protruding sections (15A) which protrude from a second connecting region (R2) to which other wiring members (20) are connected on the rear surface in a planar view of the rear surface. The first cross electrode (13) and the second cross electrode (15) overlap on a projection plane parallel to the light receiving surface.
