<p>The present invention reduces buffer access overheads, and prevents the generation of processing delays. An information processing device comprises a processor that executes processing corresponding to a task, a processing element that the processor occupies and that is fitted with an accessible internal memory, and a task managing unit that controls operations of the processing element. The task managing unit designates at least one inputting buffer that stores data subject to processing, processing details that the processor performs with respect to data subject to processing, and at least one outputting buffer that stores data on processing results by the processor, causes processing, corresponding to the task, to be performed in the processor, and manages whether the inputting buffer and the outputting buffer are retained in an external memory provided externally to the processing element, or retained in the internal memory, in response to the interdependence of tasks.</p> |
