Disclosed is a fully automatic apparatus for assembling screws, constituted by a material-feeding part and an assembling part. The material-feeding part comprises: a vibration plate frame (6), two rotary vibrators (21) arranged thereon, two feed vibrating plates (1, 2) arranged respectively on each rotary vibrator (21), and two feed chutes (3, 4) arranged respectively on each feed vibrating plate. The assembling part comprises: an assembly frame (7), a material-retrieving mechanism (8) arranged on the assembly frame (7), the material-retrieving mechanism being connected to the feed chutes (3, 4) of the material-feeding part, a feeder head (11) arranged above the material-retrieving mechanism (8), a feeder tank (15), an assembling tool (14), and a motor (12) arranged on the feeder head (11). In the fully automatic apparatus for assembling screws, as the feed vibrating plates (1, 2), the feed chutes (3, 4), a material-retrieval block, and the assembling tool (14) work in tandem, the screw assembling process is fully automated. The apparatus is easy to operate, small in size, light in weight, and has low production costs, low energy consumption, and high efficiency.
