The article has a housing (1) comprising a symbolic form and color design indicating a sport event. A clamping device (16) is firmly connected with the housing or a base plate (9). The clamping device is arranged at a bonnet of a motor vehicle in a form-fit manner by spring tension. A rattle, a whistle (2) and/or a speaker (21) are accommodated in the housing as a sound source. The housing is designed as a horn, a flag and a ball in an original form or represented as a prism in a symbolic form. The whistle is arranged at an outlet aperture (10) of the housing.
