<p>The present invention performs, without burdening a microcomputer, processing such as determination processing for confirming stoppage of a motor and so-called interruption processing for isolating a relay, and unnecessary power is not supplied to a motor having a built-in driver when the motor does not substantially rotate. A fan driver (91) disposed in a fan motor unit (9) receives electricity by way of a power line (L1) in which a switch (K1) is provided. An analog command value (Vsp) corresponding to a rotation speed command (Vspp) is output from a DA conversion circuit (8).
