PURPOSE: A valve is provided to facilitate an opening/closing operation thereof by offering instant and discontinuous torque for turning a handle using the torque of a sub handle. CONSTITUTION: A valve comprises a body(10), a stem(20), a main handle(30), and a sub handle(40). The main handle comprises a first boss(31) coupled to the stem and a first rib(32) which is extended from the first boss in a radial direction in order to rotate the stem. The sub handle comprises a second boss(41) which is coupled to the stem above the first boss, a second rib(42) which is extended from the second boss in a radial direction, and a hitting part(43) which applies an impact to the first rib when the second boss is rotated around the stem, wherein the length of the hitting part is longer than the interval between the first and second bosses.
