<p>PURPOSE: A casting device is provided to improve the productivity due to easy separation of a mold and an auxiliary mold and rapidly cool the molten steel. CONSTITUTION: The casting device includes: a plate board(10); a supporting frame(20) installed at plate board; a cylinder(30), installed in a supporting frame, for moving in forward or backward; and a first mold(40) fixed in the plate board; a second mold(50), corresponded to the first mold, transferred forward or backward by a cylinder; a cooling cap(60) formed between the first mold and the second mold; an auxiliary mold(70) in which the cooling cap is assembled in the lower part; and a protective cover(80) which is installed an upper part of the first mold or the second mold to be rotated.</p> |
