PURPOSE: An earthquake-resistant and earthquake-isolating stand for construction equipment is provided to minimize damage to construction equipment by employing a buffer device and a fixing unit to prevent the shaking of the construction equipment. CONSTITUTION: An earthquake-resistant and earthquake-isolating stand for construction equipment comprises horizontal upper and lower fixing bars(110,120), vertical fixing bars(130), fasteners(112,122,123), and earthquake-isolating springs(121). The upper and lower fixing bars fix the top and bottom of construction equipment, respectively. The vertical fixing bars pass through holes of the upper and lower fixing bars. The fasteners fix the upper and lower fixing bars to the vertical fixing bars. The earthquake-isolating springs are formed between the lower fixing bar and the fasteners and reduce the vibration of construction equipment set on the lower fixing bar.
