<p>The elements forming an endless grid are each supported by rollers and guided laterally from one side only. In the discharge zone the roller train is bent downwards so that the grids are tilted by pivoting about their articulation axes which connect the element to the support carriage, located on one side of it. The number and length of the grids is such that the total length is less than that of the trajectory so that discharge is facilitated. The drive mechanism consists of a pinion driven by a motor-reductor engaging with a rack connected to the guide side of the element.</p> |
