In a lighting fixture comprising elongated reflectors'2 of like cross-section disposed in end to end abutting relationship, the reflectors are secured in alignment by a strap 12 which covers the join on one side of the two reflectors and is anchored at each end to two corresponding regions of the reflectors near the abutting ends thereof. As shown, two straps 12 are provided for each pair of abutting reflector ends and each strap 12 comprises two portions 14, 15 connected by a looped wire 13, the free ends of the portions 14, 15 being formed with hooks 16, 18 to engage respectively in cutaway portions 17 in the upper part of the abutting ends and around adjacent portions of the lower longitudinal edges of the reflectors. The strap portion 14 is curved to conform with the cross-sectional shape of the reflectors and the looped wire 13 provides for toggle-tensioning of the strap 12. |
