The pull-out device has slide rail displaceably mounted on a guide device by using a displacement unit. A cage (34) for the displacement unit, equipped with a self-lubricating material (40) such as polyether ether ketone (PEEK), is formed by the contact surfaces of the displacement unit with the slide rail and the guide device.
