The assembly has a biphasic heat exchanger (10) comprising a heat exchange bundle (14) and a housing (16). The heat exchange bundle is inserted in the housing. A bottle (12) is secured to the housing by a cover (22). The cover forms an interface with the bundle, and includes a fixing unit formed of heat exchange bundle's inlet, orifice, collar and heat transfer fluid inlet for fixing the bottle. The cover forms an end plate of the bundle. The bundle has a pair of stacked plates provided with a connection piping defining inlet and outlet collectors for heat transfer fluid.
