PURPOSE: A communication management apparatus and method thereof are provided to secure a reward system for employees by enabling the employees to freely share opinions. CONSTITUTION: A registration unit(110) processes a member join and a log-in procedure for user terminals. A bulletin board management unit receives content from the user terminals. The bulletin board management unit displays the content on a bulletin board. A user management unit(170) manages information for the activity specification of user terminals. The registration unit receives characters and nicknames selected by the user terminals. |
