PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a manhole for a multi-complex structure are provided to improve resistance against cracks by forming a body using resin concrete. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a manhole for a multi-complex structure comprises an extruder(10), a winding unit(11), a primary resin supply unit(30), a core supply unit(40), a secondary resin supply unit(50), and left and right fiber winding units(60,70). The extruder extrudes an inner diameter member(20). The winding unit flattens the inner diameter member. The primary resin supply unit supplies a primary resin to the outer diameter of the member. The core supply unit forms a core layer by supplying sand, resin, or a mixture of sand and concrete to the outer diameter of the primary resin. The secondary resin supply unit supplies a secondary resin to the outer diameter of the core layer. The left and right fiber winding units form a fiber coated layer by supplying glass fiber or carbon fiber to the outer diameter of the secondary resin.
