A locking device (10) is pivotably supported in the housing between an unlocking position and a locking position. The locking device cooperates with the actuating element by pivot movement in the locking position such that the actuating element is locked. The locking device includes a section (11) with a point-like recess (13) engaged in a groove-like retainer (4) of the actuating element.
