PURPOSE: A chair with a motion function and an application of the same are provided to offer the effect of playing, exercising, and studying through a motion function. CONSTITUTION: A chair with a motion function comprises a seat(1), a chair support(2), a power transmission system and a power source. The seat is supported by the chair support. The power transmission system is installed inside the chair support. The power transmission system receives the power from the power, and moves the seat up and down or to the right and left consistently and repetitively. The power source is a pedal system(3) with a multispeed change gear. A joystick(4), a steering wheel(5), a broadcasting device(6), and a microphone(7) are installed on the seat.
