PURPOSE: Down circulating apparatus and method for a down filling system are provided to uniformly disperse downs inside a down supplying container. CONSTITUTION: A down circulating apparatus for a down filling system comprises the following: a down supplying container(20) including an agitator(23) stirring downs, and supplying the downs to a down compression exhauster(11) using a connection pipe(25); a down circulating unit(40) connecting a down buffering container(30) and the down supplying container; a blower(41) blowing the down from the down buffering container to the down supplying container; a circulation pipe(49) moving the downs from the down supplying container to the down buffering container; a suction pipe(45) connected to one lower side of the down buffering container; and an injection pipe(47) connected to one upper side of the down supplying container.
