摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make engine brake effective at a time of coast in a first gear position even if a control valve fails off while reducing cost, weight and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A control valve SL is provided which generates control hydraulic pressure from line pressure (PL pressure, D pressure, R pressure) according to an excitation condition and controls engagement and disengagement of an engagement element B2 engaging at the first gear position and reverse gear position by the control hydraulic pressure. It is configured so as to supply hydraulic pressure decompressed only at a time of coast control of the first gear position to a discharge port of the control valve SL and to supply line pressure at a time of reverse gear position. The control valve SL outputs hydraulic pressure higher than hydraulic pressure decompressed at the time of coast control of the first gear position irrespective of excitation or non-excitation, and outputs line pressure (R pressure ) when line pressure (R pressure) is supplied from the discharge port of the control valve SL at a time of reverse gear position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
